The Office of Information Technology manages email filters to alleviate the amount and frequency of
unsolicited email sent to your STU account.
Every
afternoon, the email manager system generates an automated courtesy notification
listing existing spam in your folder.
If you feel an
email may have been designated as spam erroneously by our filters, you may log
in to check your spam folder manually at
www.stu.edu/pem, 24 hours a day, 7
days a week.
Once
you log in, the Personal Email Manager will allow you to Preview and/or Receive
any of the emails it has designated as spam.
